Project name
Quality control of video content for digital television

Project code
NPOO.C1.1.2.R2-I3.02.0030

Short description of the project
Preparation of video content for digital television implies ensuring quality and compatibility with all targeted playback platforms (browsers, mobile phones, tablets, STBs, smart TVs, etc.).
Content producers must understand video standards, but also the specifics of each platform. Because of this, they often turn to quality control solutions to speed up the content preparation process and ensure quality on the targeted platforms.
The project develops a new generation tool for quality control of OTT video content (DASH and HLS).
Fast problem detection, compliance check on all devices and reliable scaling of OTT services through an innovative approach are enabled.

Goals and expected results of the project
The goal of the project is to bring an internal solution for quality control of video content to the pre-commercial stage.
The solution enables automated quality control for a wider range of users, reduces costs through an innovative control approach, and enables control dedicated to a specific targeted platform.
